Debbie is an internationally certified Permanent Makeup Artist with over 9 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is a 4× Certified Phi Academy Artist, with advanced training completed across Canada, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and has studied under some of the world’s most respected PMU masters.
Deeply committed to her craft, Debbie continually invests in advanced education to refine her skills and stay at the forefront of the industry. She specialises in Powder Brows, Combination Brows, Nano Brows, Lips, and Eyeliner. Originally from the Philippines, Debbie brings her artistic eye, precision and attention to detail to every customized brow transformation.
