Neda Mehrvarz, Founder and CEO of Canada Microblading Inc., transitioned from a career in Computer Science and Internet Technology as a computer technician to the beauty industry, becoming a Permanent Makeup Master fueled by her passion for art, creativity, makeup, and skincare.

Experience: Medical aesthetician since 2012; specialized in permanent makeup since 2016.
Training: Advanced training with Canadian Institutes and global academies like Phi-Academy. Achieved the title of Permanent Makeup Master in 2020 along with multiple other Master titles in various techniques.
Services: Offers a wide range of permanent makeup techniques (Microblading, Powder Brows, Lip Blush, etc.) and advanced skincare treatments (Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Skin Tightening, etc.).
Locations: Successfully developed and operates Canada Microblading Academy and Clinics in Thunder Bay and Toronto.
Team: Neda leads a team of highly skilled professionals who offer the same exceptional services across both locations.

Important Booking Information – Read Before You Book

Please take a moment to review the following before scheduling your appointment. These guidelines are designed to protect your time, our artist’s time, and ensure the best experience possible.

Appointment Preparation
Read the service details and FAQ before booking to ensure you are a suitable candidate and prepared for treatment.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee
A booking/commitment fee is required to reserve your spot. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total cost at the time of service.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing your appointment (including complimentary touch-ups) is considered a no-show. Your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to reschedule.
Rescheduling
To reschedule without losing your booking fee, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Short-notice changes will result in the forfeiture of your fee.
No-Shows / Cancellations
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 25% service charge. Please email info@canadamicroblading.com or call our toll-free number +1(833) 836-0600 to make changes. Messages via social media are not accepted.
Previous PMU or Tattoos
If you have existing permanent makeup, email clear photos before booking to info@canadamicroblading.com for approval. Booking without prior approval may result in cancellation and applicable penalties.
