Appointment Preparation
Please review the service details and FAQ SECTION from the top menu to learn more about the before and aftercare instructions and to find out if you are a good candidate for the treatment.

Permanent Makeup Clients 
Please book your appointments 2 weeks before or after any vaccination or antibiotic treatments. If you are NOT ready for the permanent makeup treatment but would like to see a demo of it before booking your appointment, you can book a service called trial session with Mona or Shay, so with the help of makeup they can give you an idea of different eyebrow look & styles. This session is already included in all permanent makeup appointments. **If you have previous eyebrow or eyeliner or lip blush tattoo, you MUST consult with us first by emailing us a picture of the treatment area, prior to booking any permanent makeup appointment.**

Cancellation Fee
When an appointment is booked, we reserve a room and a time specifically for you. Base on the service type, we require a non-refundable cancellation fee upon booking your appointment. Our booking system will show you the required amount and securely deduct the payment from your credit card after your authorization. The remaining balance of the treatment is due upon completion of the treatment. **This policy helps us to minimize unnecessary booking or no-show appointments. We appreciate your understanding.**

Cancellation Policy
72 hours notice of cancellation is required for a confirmed appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us by sending an email to or text message to  (807) 355-3040 or (647) 549-2997. Cancellations via Facebook or Instagram direct messages or any other platforms are not acceptable. 

Late Appointment Policy
If you show up late or miss your appointment (including complimentary touch ups); you will be marked as no-show in our system. We won't be able to accommodate late appointments as we book clients back to back and we don't overlap our services. When you attempt to rebook your no-showed appointment, you will be required to pre-pay the non-refundable service fee upfront.

Appointments Availability
Appointments are only available 30 days in advance. If there is no opening, it's not an error, it means we are fully booked. If by any reason our working schedule doesn't fit yours, feel free to email us your preferred date/time and we do our best to accommodate you if we receive an advanced requests.

Since Canada Microblading has two different locations, pls makes sure to choose the right location and artist from the menu option when booking your appointments, .
