Appointment Preparation
Please review the service details and FAQ SECTION from the top menu to learn more about the before and aftercare instructions and to find out if you are a good candidate for the treatment.

Booking / Commitment Fee
When an appointment is booked, we reserve a room and a time specifically for you. Depending on the service type, we require a non-refundable booking / commitment fee upon booking your appointment. Our booking system will show you the required amount and securely deduct the payment from your credit card after your authorization. The remaining balance of the treatment is due upon completion of the treatment.

**This policy helps us to minimize unnecessary booking / no-show appointments, to protect the artist's time and ensure clients are committed to the appointment. Please note that this fee is none-refundable even if you decide to cancel your appointment with sufficient notice of the scheduled time. If you cancel your appointment with at least 48hrs notice, the booking fee will be retained as credit in your profile. This credit can be used towards future services or can be applied when rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellation Policy - Strictly Enforced
Clients MUST provide a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel their confirmed appointment without penalty. With short notice less than 48 hrs, we can not fill the appointment slot and therefore the artist who reserved the time for you, is now not able to take another client. The booking fee goes toward paying for the artist's time that had been reserved for you. 

A 25% service charge will be applied for no-show or insufficient notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please inform us by sending an email to info@canadamicroblading.com or text message to one of our business numbers +1(807)355-3040 or +1(647)549-2997. Cancellations via Facebook or Instagram direct messages or any other platforms are not acceptable. 


Late Appointment Policy
If you show up late or miss your appointment (including complimentary touch ups); you will be marked as no-show in our system. We won't be able to accommodate late appointments as we book clients back to back. When you attempt to rebook your no-showed appointment, you will be required to pre-pay the non-refundable commitment / booking fee again.

Permanent Makeup Appointments 

IMPORTANT **If you have previous eyebrow or eyeliner or lip blush tattoo done by Canada Microblading Artists ( Existing clients ) or by other artists from a different clinic ( no matter how long ago) you MUST consult with us first by emailing a clear picture of treatment area to info@canadamicroblading.com prior to booking any permanent makeup appointment with us.

Please DO NOT book any appointment if you didn't consult with us first. Not all existing work (even if its really faded or has been removed) can be covered or redo. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment with penalty and not preform on previously done eyebrow, eyeliner or lips if we have not been informed about it prior to the appointment.

Appointments Availability

Appointments are only available 30 days in advance. If there is no opening in our booking system, it's not an error, it means we are fully booked. If by any reason our working schedule doesn't fit yours, feel free to add your name to our waiting list or email us your preferred date/time and we do our best to accommodate you if we receive an advanced requests.
