BOOKING POLICIES

  Please take a moment to review our policies before agreeing to it by booking your appointment. 


Appointment Preparation : Please review the service details and FAQ page from the top menu to learn more about the before and aftercare instructions and to find out if you are a good candidate for the treatment.

Permanent Makeup Clients : Please book your appointments 2 weeks before or after any vaccination. If you are NOT ready for the permanent makeup treatment but would like to see a demo of it before booking your appointment, you can book a service called trial session with Neda, so with the help of makeup she can give you an idea of different eyebrow look & styles. This session is already included in all appointments. **If you have previous eyebrow or eyeliner tattoo, pls consult with us prior to booking any appointments.**

Cancellation Fee : When an appointment is booked, we reserve a room and a time specifically for you. Base on the service type, we require a non-refundable cancellation fee upon booking your appointment. Our booking system will show you the required amount and securely deduct the payment from your credit card after your authorization. The remaining balance of the treatment is due upon completion of the treatment. **This policy helps us to minimize unnecessary booking or no-show appointments. We appreciate your understanding.** 

Cancellation Policy : 72 hours notice of cancellation is required for a confirmed appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us by sending an email to info@canadamicroblading.com or text message to  +1(807)355-3040. Cancellations via Facebook or Instagram direct messages or any other platforms are not acceptable. 

Late Appointment Policy : If you show up late or miss your appointment (including complimentary touch ups); you will be marked as no-show in our system. We won't be able to accommodate late appointments as we book clients back to back and we don't overlap our services. When you attempt to rebook your no-showed appointment, you will be required to pre-pay the non-refundable service fee upfront.

Appointments Availability : Appointments are only available 30 days in advance. If there is no opening, it's not an error, it means we are fully booked. If by any reason our working schedule doesn't fit yours, please email us your preferred date/time and we do our best to accommodate you if we receive advanced requests.

Service Location : When booking your appointments with Neda, please make sure to choose the right location from the menu option as she offers her services in Toronto & Thunder Bay.
