Appointment Preparation
Please make sure that you have reviewed the service prices, service types, location address and you will follow the preparation instruction on the services section to be fully prepared for your appointment. Click HERE  to access the FAQ section.
New Clients
We require an online consultation for all new clients so we can have a record of their general medical history. To complete this form please click HERE. If you are NOT ready for the permanent makeup treatment but would like to see a demo of it you can book a trial session with Neda so with the help of makeup she can give you an idea of different eyebrow look & styles. This session is already included in all appointments.
No - Show Protection
When an appointment is booked, we reserve a room and a time specifically for you. For this reason, upon booking your appointment our booking system securely captures your credit card information for
no - show protection.  The cancellation & No-Show fee varies from $100-$25 depending on the type of services. This policy helps us to minimize unnecessary booking or no-show appointments and with a proper cancellation notice, there will be no charge on your account. We appreciate your understanding.
 
Cancellation Policy
72 hours notice of cancellation is required for a confirmed appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us by sending an email to info@canadamicroblading.com or text message to  +1(807)355-3040. Cancellations via Facebook or Instagram direct messages are not acceptable.
Late Appointment Policy
If you show up late or miss your appointment (including complimentary touchups); you will be marked as NO-SHOW in our system. We won't be able to accommodate late appointments as we book clients back to back and we don't overlap our services. When you attempt to rebook your no-showed appointment, you will be required to pre-pay the non-refundable service fee upfront.
Appointments Availability
Appointments are only available 30 days in advance. If there is no spot available, it's not an error, it means we are booked. If by any reason our working schedule doesn't fit yours, please email us your preferred date/time and we do our best to accommodate you by at least 4 weeks advanced request. **April booking will open on March 3rd**
Service Location
When booking your appointments with Neda, please make sure to choose the right location from the menu option as she offers her services in more than one city & also prices vary base on the locations.
