Neda Mehrvarz the founder CEO of Canada Microblading Inc, graduated from university as a computer technician. After working for a few years in that field, her passion & joy for makeup & skincare led her into transitioning her career to the beauty industry.
After taking necessary courses & training programs, She has been working as a medical aesthetician since 2012 and in 2016, she started offering permanent makeup as a part of her services as well.
Neda has trained with Canadian Institutes, well-known International Masters and Beauty Academies such as Phi Academy and Academy S.
In 2020 she accepted the PhiShading Master tittle by International Phi Academy. Neda's goal is always the most natural semi-permanent makeup transformations, tailored and customized for each client.
She offers her services in Toronto and Thunder Bay, Ontario. She performs all forms of semi-permanent makeup such as Phibrows Microblading, PhiShading or Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Hybrid Brows, Nano Brows, Tattoo eyeliner & Aquarelle lip blush as well as cosmetic tattoo removal. Specialty skincare treatments such as Dermaplaning, Micro-needling, stretch mark reduction, Milia & skin tag removal, skin tightening, skin brightening, wrinkle removal and much more.

She teamed up with medical esthetician and skincare specialists offering variety of different skincare treatments as she believes skin acts like a canvas for permanent makeup and in order for her clients to achieve best permanent makeup results they also need to focus on having a healthy skincare routine as well.
Permanent makeup is a beauty enhancement and if it's done properly, it'll speeds up our daily preparation routine and with a healthy glowy skin all you need is a SPF and voila! you're good to go!
